Human Resources Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

Thrivewell Infusion is a growing specialty infusion therapy provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. We're looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team and help build a people-first culture that supports our clinical staff, administrative teams, and the patients we serve. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR — from hiring and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

•      Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination

•      Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into Thrivewell's culture and workflows

•      Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, PTO, and leave of absence requests

•      Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, conducting investigations and providing guidance to managers

•      Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)

•      Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews, PIPs, and coaching support for supervisors

•      Maintain and update HRIS records, reporting, and HR documentation

•      Partner with leadership on workforce planning, culture initiatives, and organizational development


WHAT YOU BRING

•      3–5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a healthcare or clinical setting

•      Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

•      Experience with HRIS platforms (Engage)

•      Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion

•      Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

•      PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, but not required

•      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
